Can I modify or cancel my order?

When can I expect to receive my order?

  • All orders are shipped from our distribution center to most major Canadian cities within 1 to 3 working days. For more details, consult the shipping section of our website.

How do I return my order?

  • If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it by mail within 30 days following the receipt of your purchase. Attach the postage paid label to your Vandenbergs Jewellery Box and drop it off at the nearest Canada Post office. Click here for more refund information.

Are transactions safe on the Vandenbergs' website?

  • Vandenbergs Fine Jewellery is proud to offer you a completely secure shopping experience. We do not store any confidential information on our server.

Are taxes applied to orders?

  • The Vandenbergs Fine Jewellery products sold online are subject to taxes just like in our boutiques. Sales taxes are calculated according to the provincial and federal laws in effect, as well as the rates applicable to your order. In the case of a refund, we will reimburse the taxes that were charged. Shipping fees are not refundable.
