Once your order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
When can I expect to receive my order?
All orders are shipped from our Winnipeg distribution center to most major Canadian cities within 1 to 7 working days, depending on the shipping method of your choice.
How do I return my order?
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, the items must be shipped back within 30 days following the date on your receipt and fully insured through Canada Post, at the customer's expense. All merchandise will be inspected and must be free from damage, alterations, or wear.
