Shipping Policy

Shipping rates are calculated after you have added items to your shopping bag and filled in your shipping address information.

Shipping times are only approximate, our shipping days are Tuesday to Friday. 

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled. 

When can I expect to receive my order?

All orders are shipped from our Winnipeg distribution center to most major Canadian cities within 1 to 7 working days, depending on the shipping method of your choice. 

How do I return my order?

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, the items must be shipped back within 30 days following the date on your receipt and fully insured through Canada Post, at the customer's expense. All merchandise will be inspected and must be free from damage, alterations, or wear.

Are transactions safe on the Vandenbergs' website?

Vandenbergs Fine Jewellery is proud to offer you a completely secure shopping experience. Our site is authenticated by VeriSign, which means that all confidential or other related information to your credit card is encrypted and coded by the SSL protocol. We do not store any confidential information on our server.

Are taxes applied to orders?

The Vandenbergs Fine Jewellery products sold online are subject to taxes just like in our store. Sales taxes are calculated according to the provincial and federal laws in effect, as well as the rates applicable to your order. In the case of a refund, we will reimburse the taxes that were charged. Shipping fees are not refundable.
