In-Stock Purchase:

All in-stock purchases come with a 1-year warranty. Should a gemstone become loose or fall out within the warranty period, we will replace/tighten/reset it free of charge.

In-stock ring purchases come with a one-time complimentary size adjustment of up to a two (2) size variance as some rings can’t handle substantial stress in a large size variance. Pendants, earrings, and rings come with a one (1) year warranty unless otherwise stated.

The warranty does not cover substantial stress on jewellery and the damaged item will be examined for assessment by one of our jewellery professionals. An inspection by Vandenbergs is required every six months to maintain this warranty and includes a complimentary lifetime clean and polish service.

Items not included in the 1-year warranty: chains, and pearls.
