At Vandenbergs, we believe that every piece of jewellery tells a story—and now, we’re thrilled to welcome a new storyteller to our team. Meet Philip, our new in-house goldsmith, who brings nearly three decades of experience, skill, and passion to our studio.
Philip began his career in the jewellery industry in 1997 and has since become a highly skilled artisan in all areas of goldsmithing, including custom manufacturing, intricate repairs, stone setting, and jewellery redesign. Originally from South Africa, he joins us from Durban, where he lived for the past 24 years and operated his own jewellery business for the last five. We’re proud to welcome both Philip and his family to Winnipeg and to the Vandenbergs family.
